Who I Am
I’m David S Macmillan — an executive coach and leadership consultant working with senior leaders who carry real responsibility.
Alongside coaching, I continue to operate at board and executive level. I’ve spent over 25 years in senior leadership roles, including as CEO of a London-based customer experience agency working with demanding global organisations.
That experience shapes my work. I understand the pressure, the ambiguity, and the reality of making decisions where there are no easy answers.
